    10 Day Waiting Period ?

The current 10 waiting period for a gun purchase being in effect along with a 30 day wait between each purchase. Who regulates the 30 day. And how do they know that you may have purchased a handgun 17 days ago. I also heard from a gun store that it applies to new handguin purchases only. Used guns do not apply.

CADOJ regulates the 30-day wait. If you try to DROS another handgun within 720-hours of the first DROS, it will be normallly be denied.

The 30-day wait applies to new and used handguns, with an exemption for PPT transfers where you buy the handgun from a CA-resident, and you both go to the same FFL to do the paperwork.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Consignment guns are also exempt from the 30 day rule.
