    "Returning" a gun

If I've started a DROS on a gun, but it's still in 10 day jail, and I have the gun paid off, is it possible to get a refund on the gun, minus the DROS fee?

    That's up to the dealer.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

They usually charge restocking fee, maybe up to 33%.

Up to dealer. Many places are all sales final on firearms and ammunition.

its up to a dealer but theres usually a hefty "restocking fee" youre better off keeping it and selling it after the 10 day hold to get more of your money back
