    boiled tung oil

    Does any one know of a source for "Boiled Tung Oil" ?
    { it is not the same as BLO or Flaxseed oil , or Pure Tung oil}

    I got some Tung Oil at Home Depot. It is not labeled as "boiled" but I know it must have some additives in it to make it flash. If you want it you can have it. I will be heading down to San Diego this weekend. I used it on my new CMP Garand birch stock but the can is still mostly full. It looks good. It did not add much shine but it did darken up a bit.
