Concealed rifle mags

i was just wondering if i can have my loaded rifle mags for my AR in my backpack if i'm carrying the rifle with with extra mags, in a non restricted area of course, or do i have to carry them openly like a pistol? i did try and search and found everything but what i was looking for.

As far as I know a rifle isn't considered concealable. You could conceal the whole rifle if you want.

Yep you can even have the AR unlocked in the bag. It doesn't have to be carried openly.
