Conventional / Recommended Carry Condition for Various Firearms

The thread poll about carrying with a round in the chamber got me thinking about "conventional" or "recommended" carry condition for different types of firearms. I though it might be helpful if there was a list.

    For purposes of this list:
    1. A round in the chamber is assumed.
    2. I'm looking for cocked or not and locked or not (except those with no manual safety would be N/A on the locked or not question).
    3. I'm putting Glock in the SA category for convenience sake only.

    SA - Revolver:
    SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., _______):
    SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., 1911, M&P, XD):
    SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., ______):
    SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., Glock, M&P, XD):

    DA/SA - Revolver:
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., Beretta 92FS, HK USP):
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., Beretta 92):
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., P226, P99AS):
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., ______):

    DA - Revolver:
    DA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., ______):
    DA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., ______):
    DA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / Decocker (e.g., ______):
    DA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / No Decocker (e.g., ______):

OK boys and girls, start filling in. Also, corrections and suggestions more than welcome.

    SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / Decocker: Cocked, locked (CZ52)
    SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / No Decocker: Cocked, locked (1911)
SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / Decocker: Would not carry (?)
SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / No Decocker: Would not carry (?)

    DA/SA - Revolver: Uncocked
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / Decocker: Uncocked, unlocked (HK USP)
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety / No Decocker: Cocked, locked (CZ SP-01)
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / Decocker: Uncocked (SIG P226)
    DA/SA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety / No Decocker: Would not carry (?)

    DA - Revolver: Uncocked
DA - Semi-Auto - Manual Safety: Uncocked, unlocked
DA - Semi-Auto - No Manual Safety: Uncocked, unlocked (SIG DAK)

DAO semi-autos don't have decockers that I know of. The hammer always follows forward.
Do they make SA semi-autos with no safety or decocker? (I consider Glock, et. al. more DA than SA)

might have to split those. The 92FS safety-on is also decock (standard F-type variant) - there is no way to have the safety on and cocked. The USP splits the two functions (up to safety, down to decock, center to fire) so can be carried decocked safety on or off, or cocked and locked. How about "USP, Taurus 92" on one line and "92FS, PX4, a bunch of S&Ws" on another

(corrections welcome, I haven't used all models of 92 but am 99% that they work like my PX4)

There's the pre-89 import models which had frame mounted safeties, without decockers.
