I was looking at air rifles in the lastest Sportsmansguide magazine and found one that would satisfy my needs. Only problem is they wont ship air rifles to Cali. is there a reason for that or just more FUD? Last time I checked air rifles were legal in Cali. Theres seems to be no explanation for this.

I believe it it the same with cheaper than dirt. It is just to cover there *** in my opinion. Cheaper than dirt would not even ship a water purifier to California because it did not meet California regulations.

They won't ship a lot of things to California. Any part that has 'AR' or 'AK' in it's description is no soap.
I buy boots from them, but otherwise I shop elsewhere.

CTD got sued by some small Nor-Cal town for shipping in an air gun in violation of a local city ordinance.
We need a lot of laws fixed...if cities (or whoever) are going to classify air guns as firearms, then air guns should have the same 2A protection as real guns.
