I just purchased a revolver and when speaking to the dealer he stated that ffl's in CA are not in general friendly. We were discussing my ffl choice and he said, I know them, they are one of the few really nice people to deal with.

Are there angry ffl's?
Why would an FFL be difficult to deal with from an internet buy? I suspect they do want to have all sales in house.
