    Norcal Gun shops

I'm looking to pick up a couple of AR lower receivers. Can anyone recommend a shop within 50 miles or so of Petaluma that has decent prices on lowers? Toro Arms in Woodland has some for $75 a piece, I may just head over there and get a few but I'd like to see if there is anywhere a tad bit closer with good prices.

    thanks!

Thanks, but those places are farther than the place in woodland. I'm trying to find somewhere just a little closer.

Toro Arms is a good shop. I did a ppt there and wound up coming home with an AR pistol. Quick to return emails and phone calls and prices are great. Make the scenic drive!

+1... I've DROSed stripped lowers from Wael at fair prices. He's a good man and will take good care of you.

Why leave town when there is no need?

I'll check that place out! I thought I went there one time, but I guess it was a different shop. It was on Petaluma Blvd and I didn't realize there was another shop near by. Another place in town had some stripped lowers for close to 200 and that's just a tad steep for me.

AH, the other place was Petaluma gun and reloading company off Petalume Blvd.

Petaluma Gun & Reloading is the place to buy reloading stuff and not much more. There's been no small amount of FUD spread from there, service can be iffy and they are not particularly black rifle savvy.

If you want black rifle stuff then see Independence, or go talk to Gabe at Sportsman's on Bodega Ave on the way to Circle S.

                Stripped lowers, definitely Independence.
