How long has that place been there?

I've been living in Azusa a few months now and never noticed a gun shop in the area.

It looked empty when I drove by. So I figured they had been there the whole time and I never realized it, or they had just moved in. Their website says they've been in business 15 years...so I thought maybe they'd gone unnoticed by me and unfortanetly went out of business before I could walk in...
