      GSSFonline.com

$35 membership fee and you can buy a G22 (or G19, G23, G17, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33) for $399 at http://www.proforceonline.com/retailstore.htm (note: LEO only, but they will let you in with a GSSF card).

      No sale needed.

Note: I mention ProForce only because it is the closest GSSF-friendly store to the L.A. area that the woman could find on the phone. The next nearest was Murrieta.

The first one is Multicam. It's in use by many of our Special Operation troops and now it is the uniform for Army Combat Troops in Afghanistan.

The second one is the Army ACU. Most likely a Special Ops soldier telling the foreign soldier how good Monster drinks taste.

nice pics, as for the top one..not buying he's a soldier with that hair cut (or lack of one) and nice regulation mustache. The nonreg top, the black and white AMERICAN flag instead of OD I could go on. For the second, good to see a real soldier, not sure what branch, (nice monster) but that still isn't quite enough proof glocks "the best military handgun ever" as originally quoted. I have to admit glock has some pretty impressive features, but for now I'll just wait for Turners next weeks ad to come out, and maybe take my springfield 1911A-1 to the range........For those of you going to turners, enjoy

Funny, I was in a Turner's on Wednesday looking at a 35. Salesperson didn't mention any huge sale going on two days later. These guys on commission or what? I had just bought a gun from them in August- way to look out for your customers.
They can afford to knock a few bucks off when they're selling them at retail.

They don't know ahead of time what will be on sale. Even the managers. Corporate shtick, ya know?

So those are supposed to be on sale items. Man those are horrible gun prices. $40-50 more than where I buy mine from with everyday prices. I wonder what their non sale prices are.

Nope they dontget commision anymore. From my previous experience with Turner's they dont see the add ahead of time. If you buy a gun that then goes on sale and you have DROS'd it they will usually call you to let you know that they will adjust the price if your pick up date falls withen the slae period, I was their today DROSing my SS SA Champion, and one of the salesman was on the phone letting acustomer who had bought a G17 2 days earlier know.
Also if you see the gun go on sale after you buy it and contact them they will give you the sale price. I've even had them give me the sale price a couple weeks after the sale.

That dude is SF, is why he can get away with the hair and mustache combo. Also, that's not a black and white flag, it's an IR flag.

It's actually not free, Turner's added an extra $70 to the Glock. But still a great deal if you do the math.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm aware of the GSSF. To me it just looks like too much of a hassle to jump through all those hoops - especially since success seems uncertain. I'd rather pay a little more for a simple transaction.
