Well, I happen to own a PPS in 9mm for the last year and a half---shoots very well and has been completely reliable so far---very thin and lightweight---shoots to point of aim after small drift of rear sight slightly to the right---all in all, just what you would expect from Walther at about $600. bucks---BUT, YOU CAN"T GET THEM HERE!! Because of the STUPID "safety list" they are not available here in Kalifornia (I got mine PPT from a LEO who moved here from another state---perfectly legal). Good luck in your search!

You guys are reading my mind. I was at the range today. I own a Sigma 9mm. Am very happy with it. I dry fired a Walther 9mm today. Ther trigger?? What a major difference. Now don't get me wrong. I'm very happy with my Sigma 9, but the Walther trigger is a complete 180 from the Sigma. Hair trigger if you will. That would take some getting used to. Still thinking bout a Walther.

You can pick any gun (glock, xd, m&P) and compare to your SIGMA, it will be day and night.

No one else has any experience with the PPS?

It's not on the approved list, so there are not that many CA residents with experience with it.

If your LEO, get one and give it a try. If its not to your liking you will have no problem selling it.

Just a word to the wise. DOJ takes particular interest in LEO sales of guns that are not on the safe list.

Complete FUD......DOJ barely has enough manpower to conduct FFL compliance inspections.........One of the few positive aspects of the state's current financial 'malaise'.........No bread $$$$......for those of you in Rio Linda.........
