yup, seller is out money when a buyer flakes like that. If I was out $1 in gas, I would file it as a negative Itrader.

People who flake suck. I also hate when people PM with an offer on something you have for sale and you PM them back that your willing to make that deal and you never hear back from them. Whats the point sending over the offer in the first place if your not serious?
