      read something very similar a year r tow ago when that statistic was released to the news. I really want to become a reporter and start working on **** like this. but alas. im to much of a dick.

        I read somewhere that the real percentage of guns that can be traced is like 10% and 80% of those are from the US. That makes 8%. I can't remember where though.

          I did some training with a guy who does EP work and also does training for MX police agencies. He said he's been in the lock-up in TJ where they hold alot of seized weapons and that in there are racks of seized M16s, and every single one of them has a receiver stamped with "US gov't property" or something similar on it. Which means those were all guns that were sold by the US Gov't to MX police and military and then found their way into the hands of criminals. But you'll never hear them say that on the news now will you?
