Just trying to bring in more hype buddy. And comparing an M39 to a regular Mosin is like comparing a rolex to a timex. You better check the rules you agreed to. You can't use an AR for this.

Im not sure I agreed to use old technology yet. No optics, Milsurp ammo, and no magic sights, but using that old rifle stuff, i just dont know. Maybe I can find a BLR to use.

You agreed to C&R and no mojo type sights. that rules out the AR platform. Would you like to re negotiate?

Clays @ 100? You're on! But when are we going to have the time to do this on 7NOV ? I've got a Sako M39 up to the task. What you got? (make it interesting, C&R, NO optics, NO mojo [read apperature] sights, surplus ammo only) Why don 't you use what you showed me in the green case. That would be "ancient" enough.

Nothing from that thread ever became official with a contest. I did however take a noob out that weekend so I dont see where I was committed and did not show up.

That whole thread was created to see if you would show up and put your money where your keyboard is (if they ever let you on CPC you would know that). You stayed true to form with the excuses. Prove me wrong Curtis. Show up. if not, go away and let the PARTICIPANTS have our fun. this is a Shooters competition. You may be a good hunter, but even Jeff says you could use some more range time LOL!

That whole thread was a no go from day one. the guy was a flake. I asked him if he wanted to go with me that weekend and he said he was busy.Funny that all five of my rounds hit the target when Jeff was present and all were placed in vital areas. He has never seen me shoot at any other animal since I always let him shoot the coyote I call in for him. A shooter means being a good hunter. Shot placement is key to hunters so most people with bench time could not even hang in a real scenario when a target is running or when their is rain and visibility issues. My expert marksmanship badge seem to prove I must have known something of what I was doing in the Army.
