    So CA has the mag lock/bullet button...

    What are some other parts made for firearms to be compliant with other state laws across the USA?

      Most states allow one to have a regular mag release.

          There's a couple states that require non threaded barrels or welded muzzle attachments, or cutting off bayonet lugs, but California is the only state where there's an additional device that keeps your firearm legal.
