Dow 30 grease for lubricating guns?

doing some cleaning in the garage and found my old cleaning kit for my paintball stuff and there is a barely used tube of Dow30 grease. Any good on firearms? dont know how it will react to heat.

I just use standard automotive lithium grease, rated up to about 500F.

Sounds like it's good for 300 degrees and is formulated for lubricating plastics.

It actually would be Dow 33 you found. I dint think it's Dow 30. If you used any grease i would use tw-25b
