Here's the scenario - cops get a tip drugs are being dealt out of an apartment. They stage a no-knock warrant service by SWAT team at the *** crack of dawn. Full swat team blows open the door, and throws in flash bang grenades. The resident runs away from the explosion, and is tackled by the SWAT point man. They go to ground, and struggle. In the struggle the officer's rifle discharges, and ends up fatally shooting another SWAT officer...
As it later turns out, no drugs or weapons were found in the house at all.
Now, would you believe that they are charging the guy who's house they broke into with murder for the SWAT officer?
