COPS TV show on 9/24

Did anyone see this episode? I think it was on Friday night - right at the very end where they nailed this giuy in a gold caddy in a parking lot. When they pull him out, a sheriff had a strange looking gun and I wondered if anyone could identify it. Sorry I don't have a frame grab but if anyone has it on their DVR check it out.

It sort of looked like a PS90 to me because there is what looks like a magazoine on the top of the gun where you see brass. But I don't see a stock - they guy is shouldering it very tight to the armpit but at that angle it didn't look alike anything I've seen. Maybe it's a less than lethal device?

Any thoughts...?

I checked there and can't find it - it must have been a re-run and I only saw the last few minutes. Oh well, it will remain a mystery. Thanks anyway.
