When I was in High School living in Los Angeles continuation high school was a place for pregnant girls and trouble makers so I wouldn't worry about this hat too much as these innocent youth might corrupt the guy in the pic.

This is kind of hard to see due to bad lighting, but I saw this guy wearing this at a public high school event and he is a teacher there! Can you see what his hat says and what that means?


I think he should be fired for introducing this subject matter to these innocent continuation high school youth.

I am a rebel. I like to wear hats to our student vs. staff softball games that no one has a clue they are. I wore a gun hat in front of everyone and no one knew! I think some grade schoolers down the street passed out dead though. that is how evil that hat was.

I make a point to wear gun related shirts to class at least once a week, granted I'm a college student, but my shirts are much more blatant than yours, gotta love Noveske's N4 "Stops Jihad on contact..." shirt.

Wear a Remington logo and tell everyone you're wearing it in honor of the author Ernest Hemingway.

An english prof in college, making some point about Hemingway's writing style and personality, mentioned that he used a Remington typewriter at some time in his career. Followed by the comment that he used a Remington shotgun to commit suicide.

I haven't found anything to verify either, but it makes a good story.

I think the point wes was making was that he was going against public opinion in a way that couldn't be figured out unless you already knew what LMT was.

Society had mistrusted firearms enthusiasts not only for the wrong reason but sometimes for the right reason. This is about responsibility and common sense. Some of my service buddies both still active and those who pursued a meaningful civilian life still meet each other at times to talk about good times and toast to those who sadly are not with us anymore. When we go to a restaurant, a bar of their choice or a party, you will not see anyone of us wearing a ranger emblazoned shirt or a glock baseball hat. Not one of us has a Colt or a Springfield sticker on our POV's eventhough we have utilized and trusted them around the world. We have partial opinions about weapons we own and use, however, for the sake of not attracting unnecessary and sometimes unwanted attention around the wrong group of people or kids, we just don't.

It's almost similar to somebody wearing a black ranger beret (now khaki) or a maroon one with their jeans at the mall when they don't have any idea how they are earned and even more to wear them while with the units authorized to use them. How about a Kill em all let God sort 'em out shirt. There are ways to fight against the system which will earn respect for our cause and even convert some of them to our thinking if done sensibly and with respect to other people's opinion and occassion.

I just got my Glock Authorized Dealer Polo and it is sharp looking. I don't think they would like that one though.

We have had kids suspended for wearing T-Shirts with a gun on them before, so I can't rock the boat too much. Often times the rules of high school make no sense and are just there because they said so.

I have been a lot of fun messing with girls for wearing spaghetti strap shirts lately. For some reason the administration will go after these girls who wear spaghetti straps as inappropriate. The nice thing about these shirts is that even though you can see a lot of the girl's shoulder, they generally don't show a ton of cleavage and these shirts are not a problem in the classroom! So they will walk right past a girl whose belly button is nearly visible looking down through her shirt to bust a girl who is showing too much shoulder! It is completely insane. So now when a girl walks in and is not showing cleavage, but showing shoulder, I will say, "Jan, why would you wear such a scandalous outfit to school. These boys can't concentrate when you are showing so much shoulder." They laugh.

Basically, the male dean doesn't want to confront girls for their boobs and says you have to "pick and choose your battles". Damn it, I don't want to look at teenage hooters all day long and this is a battle I want to fight. I have even brought it up in our meetings to where it says on the agenda my name with "cleavage" after it. Some of you guys pay good money at your barely legal sites for what I have to try and avoid all day long. It really isn't right. Just let me teach and keep your boobies to your self. I try to tell them, "Who do you think looks at your cleavage all day long? You don't face your friends much, you are mainly looking at the teacher all day long. Do you want that old guy looking at your chest?" Sometimes that works, other times I get a "I don't care" and there you go, I lost that battle.

Now if I were 17 again and in high school, I would be loving it. I don't think it was ever this good when I was in high school. In fact, some of the boys don't appreciate my fight against cleavage. Oh well. Just remember, 16 will get you 17.
