Corbon DPX Ammo

A question on ammo... is the all copper Corbon DPX bullet legal for citizens in CA? I cannot find it at the local shop but the Corbon web site will sell it to me. I did notice that they do restrict the sale to residents of a few states mentioned (CA was not one of them...)

I have a box of them in 44mag, that I bought from a local shop. So I am pretty sure they are legal. Expensive as hell though. Picked them up at j&r in livermore. Have seen them for alot cheaper at the gun room in elk grove.
