In spite of US Coast Guard regulations I'm surprized that CA hasn't tried to ban the sale of flare guns. Even a plastic flare gun will fire a flare a few hundred feet into the air. If someone fired one into your belly you'd most likely die. Jumping into water wouldn't extinguish it.Those that call the US Constitution a living, breathing document only want to asphyxiate liberty.

that and with a steel insert modifying it to 12gauge you can possibly shoot defense rounds of course that would be dangerous and illegal.;but i am sure there are unscrupulous beings out there that would do that...Comment
