AR Upper W/ Fake Suppressor

Hello, I am very new to this fourm and new to AR's. I am building a rifle right now for the first time and I am looking for a upper with a rail system and a suppressor that will encase the entire barrel with a total lenght of 16 inches cause I am in California.

I would appreciate any web site direction so I can find what I am looking for.

Look up the MFI fake cans.
I have no experience with these, but im pretty sure that the MFI ones utilize spacers so that you can cover the entire barrel. Hope this helps

I assume you mean 'fake' suppressor. but why do you want one that is 16"? I dont understand the second half of that sentence. what does CA have to do with it? if its got a bullet button, you can have any Flash Hider you want.

I'm not sure if MFI makes one thats 16" long, but if they did, i'd imagine it would be HEAVY. Not to mention it would have to go over the gas block/gas tube (which I would think is impossible). the one that 6-3/8" long weighs 8.2 oz. thats half a pound! hanging off the end of your barrel!

He did mention that he's new to the AR scene so I'm thinking he's confused about the whole TOTAL OF 16" rule. I'm assuming he wants something like a 10" barrel and a 6" fake suppressor for that cool mall ninja tactical look!

Spike fake can, YHM rifle length freefloat handguard, low profile gas block on a 16" barrel. It would help if you used a lightweight barrel since this set-up becomes front heavy.
