I think you can hand deliver it to the NV FFL. Interstate transfers must go through an FFL in the buyer's state.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Correct. You can FTF in Nevada. But you need to do it at an ffl. That way it can be 4473'd. The buyer will be able to take it home immediately, as long as he/she passes.

if you go to NV, he can take possession of your Mossburg at the FFL or Metro Station. The Glock needs to be sent to your CA FFL. You will not be able to take it across state lines and bring it to the FFL yourself.

You probably already know this, but I wanted to make sure it was clear on what the procedure was since your last post was a bit unclear.

FEDERAL LAWS prohibits the transfer of firearms between non-licensed residents of different states, unless the transfer is done through a FFL dealer in the recipiant's state of residence.

For the transfer of the shotgun to be legal, you and your wife's cousin goto a NV FFL dealer. You give the shotgun to the NV FFL dealer, your wife's cousin does a 4473 & pays tranfer fee. NV FFL dealer runs a NICS check on him, if he comes up good-to-go, NV FFL dealer hands the shotgun to your wife's cousin and he takes it home.

Due to Federal laws that have been in place since 1968, it will be a Federal felony to perform a FTF transfer between non-licensed residents of different states.

Why would you use an FFL to ship it? You can ship it yourself.

No need to add extra fees for no reason. Unless you're just the type who really likes wasting money.
