Who designed the "Calguns" lower?

    Who designed the "Calguns" lower?

    Is it just a generic lower imprinted with the Calguns name, or did someone affiliated with Calguns design it?

      So, it looks like they were made for a while, then the company shifted gears (or something) and now there's only NOS or used ones to be had? (I only read Page 1 and the last page of the thread you linked, so if there was some sort of "drama" I missed it. Don't mean for my questions to sound rude... )

        It was a limited run custom lower that Kaiser Defense did with Calguns.net.

        IIRC, the two owners of Kaiser Defense had some sort of falling out some time after and they parted ways. One guy founded JD Machine Tech and is operating in the same San Diego facility. The other guy went off to Arizona (I think) and founded The Kaiserworks.
