    real quick question about dros

    i tried researching but couldn't find anything.

    i have a used rifle in it's 10day dros and will be ready for pickup on the 4th. am i able to purchase a handgun on the 2nd? the handgun is also used. Yes right?!?!?

    Yes. There's only a 30 day rule for handguns newly DROS'ed.

        From what I understand the 30 day rule applies only to new handguns DROS not PPT DROS. I bought a new gun for my wife and a few days later i did a PPT for a used revolver from a buddy. I couldnt do that if I wanted to buy another new handgun

          That is true. PPT's are exempt.
