quick question

i wasn't sure if i could post this here, but...

I was speaking to my shooting buddies and they all seem to believe that i can no longer ship ammo to my house after 01-01-2011, they said all ammo, now i wasn't arguing with them but i just want to know if this is true, i remember something about handgun rounds but not rifle rounds which is what we were talking about(.223) so can some one give me a run down off ammo laws...

AB 962 which restricts handgun ammunition goes into effect in February of 2011 (if a stay doesn't get issued from the lawsuit)

I think that the case is filed as OOIDA et. al v. Lindley, U.S. Dist. Ct. E.D. C.A. 2:10-at-01095.
