Anyone ever deal with them before? How are they?

They say my order has shipped, but UPS tracking still only says billing info received...Coming from Nevada, it shouldnt take that long =/

They are great people. You should have your shipment within 4 days if your in socal. Thats where I got the rifle you see in my avatar. AWESOME company. By the way USPS is a ****ing joke.

anyways, the reason is says only billing info received is that if they had created the shipping label first then package at end of day, then the next day is when UPS comes to pick up package, and the system only updates the status of the package when it gets scanned into the processing center. and of course sometimes it doesn't update until late at night when the servers get updated at UPS.

even though we live in digital age, it still takes time to update between 1 system to the next. I remember one time i ordered something and the shipping info did not update till the day i received it.

Most likely its a UPS tracking issue. I've had several shipments sent to me promptly but if you enter the tracking#, it will show either in transit or just billing info received.

In another UPS experience, I've seen my package go from Tokyo-Louisville-New York-Louisville-Ontario-Louisville-Los Angeles-Ontario-me.

Guido and his staff a NFA are awesome folks. Very CA friendly. I had a chance to meet and shoot with him and I can say we have a good friend in a free state that knows our pain.

UPS has never had a tracking issue for me. They've been giving me the constant run around of "wait 24 hours for UPS to update their system" It's been 72 hours and counting.

Can't say I'm impressed with their "excellent service".

Usually you need to give UPS 24 hours for the package to get picked up and be scanned back at the shipping center.

Now you say their customer service is lacking because you can't see the UPS tracking? Have you contacted them to ask about the status of your order?

So you did contact them and they said wait. So when was the last time you contacted them? How long after shipment was that? What did you ask them?

At this time it would be reasonable to see if they could call UPS and see where the package is. If I were you I would contact NFA and specifically ask them to do that.

I kind of hope they in fact didn't ship the package and it wasn't UPS's fault that your package is lost. If that were the case, you sure are trying to give NFA a bad rep over something out of their control.
