Is this legal in California due to length or any other restrictions?

It has a 32" OAL but is 15" when folded or broken down.

Fires a .22 hornet and a .410 not at the same time.

If it can't fire when broken down, I'm certain it is good to go.

Sounds like you are looking at the SBR/SBS version with 14" barrels. That style is not legal without a NFA tax stamp. Mine has 18" barrels and is legal in Ca since, it can not fire unless the action is closed. BTW, many of them, including mine are chambered in .22lr over .410.

You sure you don't have an original U.S. issue M6? I didn't know that SA Inc chambered their M6 in .22 hornet. The U.S. issue M6 is as CSA Cannoneer states a NFA weapon due to the short barrels.

I just saw it on Guns America for sale and wanted to make an offer. But of course I don't want to make an offer if I cant get an FFL to accept it. Its chambered in .22 hornet and .410 There are two of them for sale actually. I just didn't want to ask the seller if it was legal to own here. I have noticed a lot of people on GB and similar sites stating no CA sales and didn't want to even give the seller a small hint of concern. You know what I mean? Hey is this legal in CA.... I don't know..... I am now concerned so i don't feel comfortable selling it to you...

Yes, SA did chamber then in .22 hornet. As long as the barrels are 18" long, it's perfectly legal here. IIRC, there were some made with traditional triggers but, most are made with triggers that you can sqeeze with mittens on.
