Question about river city guns

I purchased a Saiga 7.62 long barrel there yesterday and I was wondering if I could exchange that one for the short barreled version and pay the difference since it was a little bit more.I emailed them but since they are closed they haven't gotten back to me obviously but I was wondering if anyone would know anything about exchanges.I know the receipt mentions they would charge a 20% cancellation fee.

If I have to pay the fee then meh i'd rather keep the gun.Also I'm pretty sure i'd have to pay the dros fees all over again right?

I highly doubt you'll be able to exchange it, but it's worth a shot.
