    Newbie seller question

When selling a firearm in California through an FFL dealer --- who's responsibility is it --- the seller or the buyer for the following:

    1] The FFL charge
2] The required new gun lock
    3] California sales tax

    Thanks
    Sam

      As evidens83 said,

it is typically the buyer's responsibility to pay for the charges, unless otherwise specified during the sale

Some sellers will split the FFL PPT fee with the buyer but otherwise it is the buyer who foots the bills.
