Shooting youtube videos??

Any one have any good youtube or other links to shooting technique videos?I found a few but was wondering if any of you have some more.

Looking more for proper holding, stance, site placement and the like, I got to figure something out I can't hit the right side of a barn latley.

Todd Jarett video is good.

But taking a class is far better than watching DVDs. Kind of like learning how to make love. You can watch porn all you want, but won't improve it like the real experience.
