Question on purchase of lowers

I currently have a rifle on the ten day wait and was planning on heading out and buying a couple lowers.

Can I buy lowers while in a 10 day on another firearm or do I have to wait until I bring that one home?

You are not constrained in the number of long guns you buy, and can purchase more guns while waiting out the ten day "infringement" period.
You will have to pay the DEROS again, since it is not the same transaction.

The only time restriction between purchases that I am aware of is the "one handgun per 30 days" infringement.
