    question about selling a shot gun

    a few years ago my dad gave me a shot gun and now I'd like to sell it do i need him to come and fill out the papers or can i just do it myself

    No problems selling the gun yourself.
    I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

    When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

      Since it was your dads gun and he gave it to you, it falls under the intrafamilial exemption. No paperwork needed from dad to son. Also is the gun 50yrs or older? If so then it could be sold cash and carry w/no DROS.
