    glocktalk.com

anyone here familiar with that site ?
There is someone selling something I want and I tried signing up on Wednesday and it wont let me reply to the person until a mod activates me.
I sent an email to them as well and have received no response.
Is this normal for them ?
I have been sitting watching for two days and now someone has asked the person how much shipping would be.
I probably lost it and it kind of urks me.
Do they get a lot of trolls or something ?
I can't see any other reason to make someone wait days to be approved.

It's a safety precaution, lots of forums require "approval". I'm not a big fan of GT because it's a national forum so it's really hard to get accurate info regarding CA laws and/or complete sale transactions for larger items.

It sucks because I am going to miss getting something I really need.
When I emailed them I even posted that I am a cgn member, with a link to my profile, figuring they'd be more secure that I wasn't just a troll.
