                      I've done all my transfers at Irvington Arms, bu I will definitely look at UGI next time, way better deal!

                            Try CityArms in Pacifica. Not East Bay, but really nice folks. I did a transfer there and it was cheap. $30? $35, that was private, but worth a call. They are advertisers here so I would mention that you found them here.
