Anyone else find this humerous?

So while reading through the Ugliest Handgun Ever thread, I started thinking of the Nambu and California's safe handgun list. Anyone else find it humorous that the world's most unsafe weapon (the Nambu Type 94) is legal to own in California because of it's C&R status, but a DE .50 or some botique 1911's aren't because they have to submit to a lame test? Too funny.


(Also, for anyone who doesn't know, the Type 94 could be fired by simply pressing hard on the side of the receiver. It would release the sear and the gun would fire)

I don't think Colt SAA's are drop safe either with all six chambers loaded. And that is ok to bring in. It's not about safety, it's about gun control and harrassment of gun owners in CA.
