    Renew My 03 C&R FFL?

    Okay, it's due in October.
I have been getting the discounts from the various retailers and such but have no plans on buying any more C&R firearms (as I have the ones I want!)
    Do I renew?
    Reasons not to?

    Yes! Keep the discounts flowing!

Nah, let it lapse and just be more frugal.

Let it expire, then re-apply. That way, you are no longer required to keep your old bound book. You have to send out a renewal copy to vendors any way, so get a new license, and just send copies out to vendors that you get your discounts from (Brownells discounts can be pretty generous), plus you never know, there may be a C&R long gun deal which you cannot live without.

I let mine expire for a few months, and I missed out on a bunch of good deals.

Life can make you do many things, even kiss a man with a runny nose.

If you want to keep buying handgun ammo online next year, then you'll need a current 03 FFL (as well as COE).

Renew. If you get a COE (certificate of eligibility), you'll be able to buy ammo on-line. And who knows what will be found in a warehouse and imported next.
