When I got mine I sent it off to anyone and everyone that would accept it. Now a couple years later, really all I use it for (often) is at Midway and Brownells. Unfortunately there are just too many restrictions for CA C&R sales.

The other big ones are AIM, Century, Empire Arms, Interordnance. I'm sure there are lots more, but these are the ones that send me ads that look the best .

      CenterFire Arms
SOG? if you like to take chances

Like said above, i use mine most for Midway and Brownell discounts. Also use for auction sites like Auction Arms and Gun Broker

I've mainly used Aim, Century, Allan's Armory, IO and a few others over the years, short list below. I've also got a long list of others I send to just in case they get a limited shipment of something I'll miss out on if I'm not on file, if you want them all let me know.

Are the discounts actually good? It only cost $30 for the license, so I do not have to do much to make up for it, I just figured I probably couldn't go wrong...

Midway can have some pretty good "deals" depending upon the product.

Case in point, a DPMS AR-15 A2 20" upper has a Midway list price of $471.99.

The Dealer price (for those with type 03 FFL's on file) is $385.61.

Most of my Midway orders are reloading related and the savings can add up quite quickly.

FFL discounts at Midway run from 0% to around 25%, depending on the item. They seem to average around 10%. I saved $60 on the purchase of a Weaver T36 scope. That covers the price of six years of C&R licensure.

cross this one off your list... they lost their FFL and can only sell their pre- 1898 Finns... which anyone can buy (as long as they can own firearms that is).

other than that... GOOD list! I 2nd them all!

Yes they've had trouble with ATF for q;uite some time but it apparently is being worked out, I talked to Bill at WGA today and he said they're going to be back in business selling post '98 rifles with their 01 license around May. No rush getting a license to them though.

Board chatter often tells of vendors getting shipments you can jump on before they sell out, but really I get more stuff on the trader boards than anywhere else nowadays.

WGA prices have steadily gone up, WGA was selling straight stock 39s for $100 and mint Skys $160 a few years ago, glad I already got mine.
