My buddy was shooting a 44 magnum about 8 feet to my left. I raised up my Glock and took my first shot and then felt a stinging impact on my forearm. Looked down and saw a small crescent shaped piece of the jacket sticking out of my arm. The owner of the gun said he hadn't shot it in a few years and just pulled it out of the safe and couldn't remember if that gun had timing issues.

Shoot some USPSA or the like,You'll get some splash back eventually.It happens if You shoot enough steel targets.There was a video on Youtube a while back,where a guy shoots a tire rim and the richochet hits His Girlfriend in the grape while She sat in their car.

My Dad got 44 shrapnel between the eyes. Blood everywhere.
