1 handgun in 30 days question

Just a quick question on PPTs and handguns

I know the 1 in 30 rule, does it apply for PPTs too?

If I were to trade a gun for 2 handguns (PPT) would I have to wait 30 days until I could DROs the 2nd one?

The 1 in 30 rule doesn't apply to PPTs so you're good to go and should be able to DROS both at the same time.

correct, unless you do the PPT in the city of LA, then the 1-in-30 rule applies to PPTs as well. So don't do the trade in LA and you'll be fine.

total allowable cost to you would be $66 for both handgun PPTs + any safety lock charges.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
