Opticsplanet.net and Horrible Stock Status

Is it just me or does optics planet have one of the worst online inventory systems? This isn't the first time but I decided to order from them. It was some rail covers, earpro hearing protection, an allen shotgun belt, and some button cell batteries. Granted its not a big order but i later got a notice that 3 out of the 4 items have "just run out of stock". Really? They just happened to run out? and this is not the first time its happened. Sorry just had to say something, it sucks when you're hoping to get an order and doesn't end up working out. Maybe i'm the only one this has happened to?

I agree. I have placed orders there only to be told they are out of stock and will be available in 5-10 days. Of course that turns into months and months later and I end up cancelling my order. I have notified them about placing a item stock status on their website to notify customers if the item is in stock or not.

Same here, Now if I ever order from them I always call or 'chat' to see if that item is in stock first
