    Magpul UBR problem!

Got the UBR today and had a hell of a time getting the buffer tube screw to seat all the way in. It went in about a third of the way with no problems then things started to get tough. I had to manhandle it to get it all the way in. But now here's the problem now I can't get the screw out. When I try it unscrews the buffer tube with it because its so tight, anyone have this fitment problem before? I know that some of you a thinking I cross threaded it, that is not entirely out of the question but I check and rechecked as soon as I felt that something was off. I have heard that the MAID grip screws suck in this manner too. I wonder if Magpul will do anything for me?

Called Magpul support and they are shipping a new tube and screw to me. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy the conversation went. It was basically "how can I help you..." +1 for a real American company.
