Do I need form 6 to import AR Charging Handle please help.

Hi,
Does anyone know import charging handle from oversea need to obtain ATF form 6? if yes, how can I get approve by ATF? Do I need FFL to apply form 6?
Any information or help will be greatly appreciated.

Why do you need to import one? You cant find it here locally in the states? Its not a firearm so why would you need to get ATF involved?

what kind of charging handle is this that warrants a need to import it since it has to be special enough that you couldn't find a vendor in USA that sells it?

A form for a charging handle?? What else does this handle do?

There is a website out there called Brownells..they sell charging handles, some even made in America. Buy one of those.

You only need to fill out Form 6 if the charging handle you are buying, happens to still be attached to a firearm.
