WASR-10 import to Cali?

Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but I'll plunge ahead anyhow. I purchased a WASR-10 rifle in Florida several years ago, and it recently came to my attention that they were legal out in Cali with a bullet button. I've had a bullet button installed. Now I'm wondering how I can get the rifle out here and legally registered to me. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

If it either has a fixed 10 round mag (a BB wil work for this) or does not have any evil features, you can bring your gun into Ca. There is NO long gun registration in Ca. except for AWs and 50BMG rifles.
