Indoor Range unwritten rules.

Nice user name - you drink Suntory Black Tea?I own several rifles/shotguns but just bought my first handgun. I've shot many many times at outdoor ranges but I'm not very familiar with indoor ranges. Specifically I was wondering if people are typically encouraged to buy their ammo at the range or can I freely bring my own from home? Are there any other rules I should be aware so I don't look stupid?

Our indoor here doesn't let you pick up any brass even if their your own. The rules say, "if it touches the ground, leave it. It's ours. This is for your safety."
I never went back.Originally posted by GottmitunsIt's not protecting the rights of the 1%, it's IMPOSING new laws because of the 1%.Comment

All the indoor ranges in the Bay Area have their rules on their website. There aren't any unwritten rules.Comment
