Gunbroker Transfer Sac?

Normally I'd go through Golden State Tactical but Rob is on vacation. Can anyone recommend someone else around Folsom/Sac to do a transfer? Rob charges $35 for it, it would be nice to find someone comparable.

$35 for an out-of-state transfer is the cheapest I've seen. Does the $35 fee include the DROS? If so, that's really cheap.
