Help me with my iron pop up sights

MATEC BUIS BACK UP IRON SIGHT 200 - 600 METERS RAS

So I bought these iron back up sights on ebay and wanted to know do I 0 in at 200 or where the line is? Is there something I should know? Are these GI issue?

when i purchased a new armalite years ago, the manual had me zero at 25 yds with a special target they sent with the rifle. there are so many ways to zero in a rifle, it all depends what you shooting distance is normally at. i would say zero at 200 that way you would be shooting a little high at 100. basiclly there is no right answer but i'm sure others have the perfect way to zero a rifle.

The line between 200 and 300 is the zero position. Zero at 25m. Clicking to the numbers will keep you in the head/chest area out to 400m.

I 0 at 200 meters and I was able to hit stuff at 600 meters
wow this thing is great!!

I bought a range finder so it makes dialing in real easy.
