Great customer service. I owned a TAPCO Saw grip for AK47 for a while lost the screw and contacted TAPCO. They replied on the first email
"If you can email your shipping address and phone number to me, I can get that screw sent out to you.

I thought I had to go find the screw at home depot or something but TAPCO is awesome. Anyone dealt with TAPCO customer service?
