    Question about Plate Carriers...

I'm not saying I'm going to do this but, if I bought some 9"x 9"AR500 steel target plates, could I LEGALLY put them in a plate carrier vest? I'm just curious...

Heavy and they splatter. Bulletproofme sells steel armor that is cut the right size and shape. Most plates are 10x12.

yep..but unless thats all you can afford, i'd suggest ceramic. the steel ones are HHHEEAAVVYY. are you buying them just to have? Because if you really need them, i'd suggest getting a quality setup.

As long as you meet the ITAR regs and are not a convicted felon then usually you are good to go.

I got my Lvl IV multi hits from bulletproofme.com - really good service and price.
