Only been to the Gun Store. Very expensive, very crowded, RO basically holds your hand while shooting.

I wouldn't go back to this same place.

Also been to The Gun Store. I believe it was over priced, but hey somebody is gotta pay for those 50,000+ signs all over the city.

Go in the morning, less crowded. But I lost $200.00 at The Gun Store faster than betting black at the roullettes.

This place is where I went with some guys during a bachelor party last year:

There was hardly anyone in there and the workers were pretty low key. We were going to go to the Gun Store, but when we got there, we were completely turned off. They have a booth set up outside in the front with some trashy looking chicks trying to sell you their shooting packages. They wouldn't even let us in the door to look, we had to buy a package. Not only are they ridiculously overpriced, but they wouldn't let us take turns or split up a package of three guns with three shooters if we did go. We said F*#K this place and left. Just by chance we found this other place and it turned out great. Everyone else I was with were not familiar with guns, so they were happy to shoot anything. We all picked a gun (different pistols, AR, AK, a bit of everything). We all took turns with each others choice and spent a great afternoon there. Granted, this place doesn't have the selection of "cool" guns that the Gun Store might have, but they do have un-Californiafied M4's and AK's, Thompsons, Uzi's, M2 carbines, Stens, MP-5 and other full autos. When I was there they also had an RPK and an 1919 if belt fed is to your liking. You can definately tell that it is a working gun shop with a range as opposed to a tourist trap like the gun store and also, and it is a bit cheaper as well. They had pallets of ammo in the shop at the time I was there so you could stock up while you are at it. Maybe the best thing is that it is right in the heart of all the strip clubs.. Later that night after shooting, we went to this place called Cherrie's or Sherri's or something like that. It was pretty small, lap dances were $40, and many of the chicks were very average, but apperantly it is one of 2 clubs where the chicks go FULL MONTY. All in all a pretty fun afternoon/night though.

The Gun Store has a VIP room FYI. Expensive, but doable.

The best bachelor party would take all your guns to the desert and shoot there... for free!

The fate of the wounded rest in the hands of the ones who apply the first dressing.

When I checked it out I saw the same treatment. Someone was firing an Uzi in bursts and the RO was urging him, "Cmon, full auto, hold the trigger down". Seemed like a waste.

I took my buddy to the Las Vegas Gun Range earlier this year as a sort of bachelor gift. (He got married at the courthouse later that evening

The guys working there were cool and they had a lot of stuff to shoot, including a grenade launcher. We had a blast with the full auto 9mm M-16 w/Eotech sight. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't too expensive either, though I don't recall the prices off the top of my head.

Try American Shooters. I used to live three minutes away from LV Gun Range and only went in one time. I remember the prices being way too high.

Neither due to high prices and horrible customer service.

                    Go to American Shooters.

Whichever one is off Blue Diamond as you come into town. You can stop at Bass Pro before or after the range.

I walked into The Gun Store and asked for some prices on magazines. After asking what state I was from, the guy replied, "California? Move to a free state and come back."
                          I walked out.
                          I have not been back.
